1. Terms of Use

1.1 Who you are dealing with

This website is operated by Bholanath Enterprises, a sole proprietorship with its place of business at Flat No. 548/C-536, Chandroday Nagar, Rajajipuram, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh — 226017, India. GSTIN 09CFLPP0110E1ZS. In these policies "we", "us" and "our" mean Bholanath Enterprises; "you" means the person using this website or commissioning work from us.

1.2 What this website is

This website is an informational catalogue and point of contact. It is not a shop. No goods can be bought here, no payment is taken here, and nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance. Every enquiry becomes an order only when we issue a written quotation and you confirm it.

1.3 Acceptable use

You may browse this site, and download or print pages, for your own use in evaluating our work. You may not scrape, republish, or resell the catalogue or its photographs; use the site to infringe anyone's rights or break any law; or attempt to interfere with the site's operation or security.

1.4 Intellectual property

The Bholanath Enterprises name, the badge device, this site's design, text and code are ours. Catalogue photographs are published by us as a record of work we have carried out and of designs we can fabricate; where a design originates with a customer or a third party, rights in that design remain with its owner. Drawings we prepare for you remain our property until the order is paid in full, after which you may use them for the installation they were made for.

1.5 Liability

We take care to keep this site accurate, but we give no warranty that it is complete, current or error-free, and we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Our liability in connection with work you commission is governed by the quotation for that work.

1.6 Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from this website or from work commissioned through it.

1.7 Changes

We may update these policies. The version in force is the one published here, with the date shown at the top of this page. Material changes will be reflected in that date.

2. Orders, Pricing & Cancellation

2.1 Quotations

Quotations are issued in writing and are valid for the period stated on them. They are based on the measurements recorded at our site survey and on material rates at the date of issue. Steel is a traded commodity; if rates move materially before an order is confirmed, we will re-quote rather than absorb or pass on the difference silently.

2.2 Measurements and site readiness

Final measurements are those taken by us at survey. Where you ask us to work from measurements you supply, we fabricate to those figures and cannot be responsible for a misfit arising from them. You are responsible for providing safe access, a structurally sound opening, and power at the installation site on the agreed date.

2.3 Payment

The advance payable on confirmation, the stage payments (if any) and the balance due on completion are stated on your quotation and invoice. We do not accept payment through this website. Goods remain our property until paid for in full.

2.4 Timelines

Delivery and installation dates are good-faith estimates, not guarantees. They assume an approved drawing, a confirmed advance and a ready site. We are not liable for delay caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including material shortages, power failure, transport disruption, civil disturbance, weather or government action.

2.5 Changes and cancellation

You may change or cancel an order at no cost at any time before we have approved the drawing and begun cutting. After fabrication has started, the work is bespoke and cannot be resold: any cancellation is settled against material already consumed and labour already performed, as recorded on your quotation. We will always tell you what stage your order has reached before you decide.

2.6 Workmanship

We warrant our fabrication and installation workmanship for the period stated on your invoice. That warranty covers welds, joints, alignment and fixing. It does not cover ordinary wear, surface marking, corrosion arising from coastal or chemical exposure or from cleaning agents we have not recommended, damage from impact, misuse or unauthorised alteration, or movement in the surrounding structure. Manufacturer warranties on bought-in components — locks, closers, glass, hardware — are passed through to you on their own terms.

2.7 Finish variation

Stainless steel, brass and powder-coated finishes vary between batches, and hand polishing produces a grain that is never identical piece to piece. Small variation in tone and grain is a property of the material, not a defect.

3. Privacy Policy

3.1 What this website collects

Nothing is submitted to us by this website. The Quick quote form does not send data anywhere — it assembles the words you typed into a WhatsApp message and opens WhatsApp with that message ready. Nothing is transmitted until you press send inside WhatsApp, and until you do, what you typed never leaves your own device.

3.2 What our host records

Like any website, the server that delivers these pages keeps standard access logs — IP address, date and time, the page requested, and your browser's user-agent string. These are generated by the hosting provider for security and diagnostics, and are not used to build a profile of you or combined with anything else.

3.3 What we receive when you contact us

When you call, or send the WhatsApp message this site prepares, we receive what you chose to send: typically your name, phone number, the product you are asking about, approximate sizes and your locality. We use it only to prepare your quotation and carry out your order. We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed for the job and for the statutory retention period applicable to our tax and GST records, then delete it.

3.4 Who else is involved

• WhatsApp (Meta Platforms). Messages you send us travel over WhatsApp and are subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy. We are the recipient of your message, not the operator of the service.
• Google Fonts. The typefaces on this site are served from Google's font CDN. No cookie is set, but Google receives the IP address of the request.
• Google Maps. The workshop map is embedded from Google. It is not loaded until you ask for it — see the Cookie Policy below.

We do not sell, rent or share your information with anyone else, and we run no advertising or tracking pixels of any kind.

3.5 Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000 with its rules, you may ask us what personal data of yours we hold, ask us to correct it, ask us to erase it where we are not required to keep it, and withdraw a consent you previously gave. Write to the contact below and we will respond within a reasonable period.

3.6 Security

Enquiry records are held on business devices under the proprietor's control. Because this site holds no customer database, there is no customer database here to breach.

3.7 Children

This site is intended for adults commissioning building work. We do not knowingly collect personal data of children.

4. Cookie Policy

4.1 Cookies this site sets

None. This website sets no cookies of its own, first-party or otherwise. There is no analytics, no advertising network, no social pixel and no session tracking.

4.2 The one thing we do store

If you make a choice in the cookie notice, we record that choice in your browser's local storage under the key bhe-consent, so you are not asked again on every visit. It is a single value — your answer and its date. It never leaves your browser and is not readable by us. Clearing your browsing data removes it, and the notice will appear again.

4.3 Google Maps

The map on the Location & Workshop section is an embed from Google. When it loads, Google may set cookies and receive your IP address under its own terms. Because of that, we do not load it unless you accept — until then you see a placeholder with a button. You can also skip it entirely and open the address directly in Google Maps in a new tab, which keeps this site out of it.

4.4 Changing your mind

Use the Cookie settings link in the footer of any page to review or reverse your choice at any time. Declining costs you nothing but the inline map.

5. Disclaimer

5.1 The catalogue

The catalogue is a portfolio and a design reference. It shows work we have carried out together with designs we are able to fabricate on commission. It is not a stock list, and a design appearing here is not a representation that an identical item is available at a fixed price. Every piece is quoted against your own opening.

5.2 Photographs

Most photographs are taken on site and in the workshop under working conditions. Screen rendering, lighting and camera white balance all shift how a metal finish appears; the material in front of you will not look exactly like the photograph. Ask us for a physical sample if finish is critical to your decision.

5.3 No professional advice

Nothing on this site is structural, architectural or safety advice for your specific building. Where a design carries load, spans an opening, or forms part of a fall protection barrier, it must be assessed against your actual structure — which is what our site survey is for.

We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of any site we link to.

6. Grievance & Contact

For any question, complaint or request about these policies, about your personal data, or about work we have carried out, contact the proprietor directly. We aim to acknowledge within 48 hours and resolve within 30 days.

Consumers may also approach the National Consumer Helpline (1915) or the appropriate Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission. Nothing in these policies limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
